The properties are located about 5 minutes drive (or 20-30 minutes walk) from the centre of Competa and are in a tranquil area. They face south and each has its own terrace and fabulous views over olive groves and vineyards down to the sea. The two adjoining cottages each occupy a little over 40m2 and are available to let singly or together. They are simply but comfortably equipped and include bedroom, bathroom, living room and adjoining kitchen area. They are non-smoking, although guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace. Ample parking space is provided as well as a barbecue area for those who prefer to cook at home and enjoy the starry nights. There is also access to a swimming pool (shared with the owners of the finca).

Cottage I sleeps two adults in twin beds

Cottage II sleeps two adults in a double bedded room and additionally has a sofa bed in the living room suitable for up to two children (14 and under) at a supplementary charge.

The kitchen areas are equipped with gas rings and there is a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc. Cottage I also has an electric oven.
The living room has a sofa, dining table and chairs and satellite tv.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower
Outside, on the terrace, a table and chairs are provided and sun chairs.
